Katherine Rossmoore is a food-obsessed yogi and writer, a former lawyer who punted the profession to become an Integrative Wellness Guide, yoga teacher and whole foods cook, helping people live healthier lives through balanced and complete nutrition.  She encourages her clients to fully nourish themselves, both physically and spiritually.

Although people lose weight with her wellness coaching, her focus is on maximizing the nutrients in what we're eating, providing good energy and nurturing the self, rather than deprivation.  She encourages her clients to add more “good stuff” into their lives instead of focusing on giving things up.  Her specialty is demystifying the whole foods kitchen.  She is the mother of three beautiful boys, a yoga teacher and an AADP-certified health coach.  Katherine provides one-on-one guidance, group programs, wholesome foods for retreats and events, cooking classes and demonstrations, shopping and pantry makeovers, along with teaching yoga and breathwork.  She owns Up-Level Wellness in Marshfield, MA

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected. We work on what you want to improve, and within the circumstances of your unique situation.



 Cooking feeds your body, mind, and soul. It allows you to control the food you put into your body, connect with your family and friends over a home cooked meal, and save the money you might otherwise spend in restaurants or on processed, prepackaged foods. Believe it or not, making simple and satisfying meals from scratch doesn’t have to be hard.  I believe that the more you eat at home or foods cooked at home, the healthier the food is. (At least you know what's in it, right?)  Here are some of my favorite easy, healthy recipes. You’ll find that eating well can also be delicious!

Remember to set a loving intention while preparing foods, especially if you are cooking for yourself!
